I've recently purchased the Slate Digital Trigger ...I could not get the Trigger Instrument Editor to install ...I have not heard back from Slate Digital tech support ..after contacting them over a week ago ...I'm on a 2010 mac pro , OSX 10.6.6 .. any ideas ? Registered User Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 389 🎧 20 years Hi ... please correct me if I'm wrong ...turns out that on your Slate Digital site you need to register twice ...once to download the software you have purchased ...once to log a question with tech support , Do I now have two accounts with you ..both having the same details ?Also to read the install instructions PDF of the Trigger Instrument Editor ..you have to install the Trigger Instrument Editor ..which I could not , because , it wouldn't install completely ...I didn't know where the folder was , because it was locked , and it could not be found in a system wide search ... Both of these things I feel are confusing & convoluted ..However .... your software is GREAT ! Slate Pro Audio
